Small- inner dimension 2 1/4" wide, inner diagonal 2 3/4" wide (approximate). Should fit wrist sizes 6-6 1/2”

Medium- inner dimension 2 3/8" wide, inner diagonal 2 7/8" wide (approximate). Should fit wrist sizes 7-7 1/2”.

Large- inner dimension 2 1/2" wide, inner diagonal 3" wide (approximate). Should fit wrist sizes 8-8 1/2”.
